A short tour of the town Celle on the occasion of visiting in the sport centre. The first document mentioned Celle in 986 A.D. (Kellu). The town has the greatest number (about 480, some half-timber houses) of preserved buildings in the old town centre dating back to the 16th century in Germany. The ducal palace was built in 1530 (at the site of the former castle of the dukes of Saxony-Wittenberg) for the dukes of Brunswick-Lueneburg (1433-1705 A.D.), June 6, 2008.
